Position Summary:
Medica Group is the market leader in the provision of radiology services to the UK and Ireland. Working as part of the Medica Diagnostics Ireland operations team you will support the operations of the Teleradiology service, The Teleradiology Service is responsible for ensuring patient care is met in urgent acute settings.
Key responsibilities: Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the co-ordinating of rostering and radiologist activity
- Day-to-day client liaising across teleradiology service lines, including communication, level of service and an escalation point for any complaints that arise.
- Identifying and addressing any straggler/urgent/complex exams
- Participate in “on-call” phone service
- Liaising with sites to flag any clinically urgent reports
- Liaising with Radiologists on capacity and availability
- Daily and weekly checks on systems to ensure all reporting is completed in safe and timely manner and escalating where appropriate
- Monitoring of email inboxes and completing appropriate actions
- Working alongside the teleradiology team on daily task
Essential Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Office pack, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

- Strong administrative skills (1 to 3 years and preferably in a healthcare environment)

Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
Location:
- Flexible working between home and Medica Head Office, Rockfield Medical Campus, Balally, Dublin 16, D16 W7W3
Travel:
- This role may involve travel and attendance at exhibitions, conferences, training which may include weekend travelling
