Project Manager – Cork City & County Leading Construction Contractor | Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering projects across Cork City and County. This is a senior site-level role with full responsibility for the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
The Role
You'll take ownership of project delivery end-to-end — managing programmes, budgets, and resources across live construction projects, chairing site meetings, coordinating design and procurement activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standard. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and consultants, and will lead and mentor site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in construction, with at least 3 in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale construction projects in Ireland
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractor packages
- Excellent programme management skills — proficiency with MS Project or similar
- Full, clean driving licence
