North South Retail (NSR) is looking for a Van Salesman to take the wheel across Kerry and the surrounding area — delivering some of the biggest names in ice cream and frozen bakery to shops, cafés and food businesses who are always glad to see you pull up.

North South Retail supplies premium food brands to foodservice and retail businesses across Ireland — think Häagen-Dazs, Dale Farm, Mars, Ferrero, TruFru and Dunkin' Donuts, plus a full range of frozen breads, muffins and pastries. The Role
You'll run multi-drop deliveries and collections across Kerry, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 5pm. It's a mix of driving, physical work, and genuine customer contact — plus real earning potential through commission on sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Running efficient multi-drop delivery routes and hitting daily schedules
- Building relationships with customers and spotting opportunities to grow sales
- Loading and unloading the van safely, with care for the product
- Keeping accurate delivery records and collecting documentation
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks and flagging any issues
- Following safe lifting and manual handling procedures
- Keeping your van clean, organised, and road-ready
What You'll Bring
- A valid Category C licence with a clean driving record
- Physical fitness for manual handling and heavy lifting
- Good organisational and route-planning instincts
- A friendly, confident manner with customers
- The drive to work independently and think on your feet
- Delivery or van driving experience is preferred — but we'll back the right attitude over experience every time
