We are looking for a Full Time Play Centre Assistant (Wednesday - Sunday) to join our vibrant team and help us create memorable experiences for both children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with parents and children, providing a high level of customer service.
- Sales & Cash Handling: Handle party bookings, food & drink sales, and other transactions
- Party Hosting & Toddler Activities
- Food & Drink Service: Assist with basic food and drink preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure the play centre is clean, tidy, and safe for both children and adults at all times. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.#
- Customer Assistance: Listen to and assist customers in a helpful and approachable manner to ensure their needs are met and help turn any issues into positive experiences.
- Play Frame Supervision: Monitor children on the play frame, reinforcing safety rules to ensure a secure environment.
- Market Research & Direct Marketing: assist with direct marketing efforts and promotional activities.
- Other Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the manager to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Ideal Candidate:

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with both children and adults.
- A passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to take on new tasks and duties as needed.
- Health & safety awareness and ability to follow protocols.
- Previous experience in party hosting or children’s entertainment is a bonus, but not essential.
