Hunter Savage is working with a leading law firm to recruit an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who has experience across insolvency, restructuring and litigation, and is keen to develop their career within a successful, forward-thinking legal team.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced insolvency specialists, advising on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for a strong client base.

The Role
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:

Advising clients on a range of corporate and personal insolvency issues
-
Acting for creditors, directors and liquidators on enforcement aspects of insolvency
-
Advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
-
Managing litigation caseloads across the courts
-
Drafting pleadings and legal documentation
-
Liaising with counsel where required
-
Managing case files from instruction through to conclusion
-
Delivering a timely and professional service to clients
-
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc legal work as required
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
-
2-3 years' experience in insolvency and litigation law
-
Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
-
A commercial approach and strong business acumen

The ability to build trusted relationships with clients

Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach

A positive, proactive and professional attitude

The ability to work independently and manage matters under their own initiative
