Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Packing Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing school meals into individual portions in accordance with food safety and production protocols. This role requires experience in a food production environment and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This is a school term contract , so when the school are closed we are closed
Key Responsibilities
- Pack school meals into individual portions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food production and food safety protocols
- Ensure portion control and presentation standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Assist with general food preparation and production tasks as required
- Report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production plan
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a food production or food handling environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €14.50 per hour
