Experienced Facade Restoration Operative
We are seeking experienced Facade Restoration Operatives to join our growing team working on historic and commercial building restoration projects throughout Dublin-Ireland.
Duties Include:
* Brick and stone restoration.
* Repointing and mortar repairs.
* Brick replacement and repair works.
* Stone repair and conservation works.
* Facade cleaning and surface preparation.
* Render repairs and restoration.
* General building restoration and conservation works.
* Working safely at height and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
* Experience in facade restoration, brickwork, stonemasonry, repointing or conservation works.
* Good knowledge of traditional and modern restoration techniques.
* Ability to read and follow work specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Safe Pass card required.
* Manual Handling certificate required.
* Full driving licence an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
