We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Insulation Operative must have a B license, join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on various sites installing attic insulation and completing associated tasks to a high standard, in line with the right procedures and safety requirements.
This role involves working as part of a crew under direction, with responsibility for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Report daily to the Supervisor for work instructions and job schedules
- Organise and prioritise daily work activities
- Ensure company vehicle is fully stocked with required materials and tools
- Carry out insulation works in accordance with training and company standards
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Communicate any site issues, delays, or problems to the Supervisor promptly
- Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Return all tools, equipment, and unused materials to the van after job completion
- Complete all Works scheduled for that day .
