Overview:
Our Service team here at Clenli Direct are seeking a reliable and experienced Service Engineer / Technician to join our established company. We are the leading provider of innovative cleaning solutions. This hands-on role is crucial to ensuring our fleet of cleaning machinery and equipment—including floor scrubbers, vacuums, steam cleaners, and pressure washers—are well-maintained, fully operational, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of cleaning machines and associated equipment at client locations and/or in our workshop.
- Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain service logs and using diagnostic tools sets
- Support the mobilisation of equipment for new client contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Travel to locations to provide onsite servicing and repairs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Full Irish driving licence (mandatory).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English written and spoken essential
