Working Hours (Starting end of May)
- Friday: 10:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 10:30am – 5:30pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm (closed January)
- Additional hours may be required during busy periods (e.g. bank holidays, Christmas)
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who loves fashion and working with people. You’ll be the face of our store, delivering excellent customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations
- Handle queries (in-store and online) and resolve issues positively
- Process transactions and manage tills accurately
Store Operations
- Maintain high store standards and visual presentation
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and deliveries
- Steaming, merchandising, and general upkeep
Online & Social Media Support
- Assist occasionally with social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Support order packing and fulfilment when required
General Duties
- Keep store and staff areas clean and organised
- Report stock issues or discrepancies
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year retail experience (fashion preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, customer-focused approach
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- Basic social media awareness
- Good attention to detail
