About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to oversee and manage all quality-related activities on our construction project in Ireland & UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the project quality management system.
- Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and other quality documentation.
- Addresses non-conformances (NCRs) and oversee corrective action and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Lead quality inspections and ensure proper documentation and sign-off.
- Provide quality training and tool box talks to on-site operatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and project performance to the Quality Manager.
- Complete and issue installation manuals.
- Ensure tools and equipment is calibrated and PAT tested.
Qualifications:
Essential
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a quality or operational role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 QMS.
- Experience with inspection planning, auditing and document control.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Right to work in Ireland and UK.
- EU driving license.
- Safepass and manual handling training
Desirable
- Familiarity with electrical installations, particularly in Data Centers, Life Sciences, or Renewable Energy sectors.
- Experience working in the construction industry.
