As a breakfast chef you would be responsible for the preparation of the breakfast menu, providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel restaurant.
You would be responsible for corporate brunches and lunches, and work as part of a team.
The kitchen team in BrookLodge are a brigade of chef's constantly moving with the latest and most exciting food trends, The Strawberry Tree restaurant is certified Organic since 2003. We have a forager and a baker in the brigade. This is an ideal position for someone who is interested in high standards of food service and wishes to join a seasoned and motivated team.
Brooklodge Hotel, reviews rosters and works to ensure we have a work life balance for our brigade, this position is full time 5 days a week, 6.30am to 3pm.
