We are currently seeking an experienced Grab Driver / Grabber Machine Operator to join our team at an MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) Recycling Site.
Grab Driver / Grabber Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a grabber machine to load and move materials around the site.
- Carrying out daily basic maintenance checks, including:
- Checking and topping up oil levels.
- Refilling the diesel fuel tank.
- Cleaning and maintaining air filters.
- Ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a grabber machine.
- Valid machine operator ticket/certification.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
