Job Description
Conduct thorough on-site surveys to diagnose technical issues.
Replace units where required.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, design, and installation teams.
Assist with the design and sizing of solar energy systems based on site-specific data and customer requirements.
Collaborate with installers to address any technical challenges during the project implementation phase.
Manage solar energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and system performance monitoring.
Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct site visits to assess and resolve any post-installation concerns or warranty-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in electrical technical support role preferred
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused and collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrician, solar PV technician) preferred
