We are currently recruiting a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our full-time team. If you hold a minimum of a QQI Level 6 qualification and are committed to excellence in early childhood development, we would love to welcome you.

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Implementation: Design, execute, and evaluate engaging, child-led learning experiences guided by the Aistear Early Childhood Curriculum Framework.
- Quality & Standards: Maintain high operational standards in line with Síolta (the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education) and Tusla regulations.
- Key Person Role: Observe, record, and assess developmental progress for your key group of children, fostering individualized growth and self-confidence.
- Team Collaboration: Work dynamically alongside colleagues, participating in staff development, curriculum planning, and room setup.
- Parent Partnerships: Maintain clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum of a QQI / FETAC Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth).
- Experience: Proven experience working with children aged 1–6 years using the Aistear framework. Experience inside a Síolta-accredited setting is a distinct advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional report writing, observations, and daily parent updates.
- Mindset: A caring, highly motivated, and adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for early years education and team collaboration.
- Vetting & References: Must be willing to undergo Garda Vetting and provide verifiable professional references.
