Experienced Carpenter
We are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter with management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, managing their own workload, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. A full, clean driver's licence is required.
The role involves carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks, working alongside other trades, and coordinating with subcontractors where necessary to ensure work progresses smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out first-fix, second-fix, and finishing carpentry to a high standard
- Work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
- Read and work from drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on site as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well with other trades and subcontractors
- Full, clean driver's licence
