Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an individual that can work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Good communications skills – excellent customer relations
- Ability to maintain professionalism – a critical thinker who can react calmly in all situations
- Competent in using a computer – a good understanding of all Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) is required, in addition the ability to learn new IT Packages is essential.
- Minimum leaving cert (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Good clear telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs in order of importance
- Excellent Organisational Skills - Good attention to detail
- Experience in office administration and ability to take direction from managers and other staff within the clinic (salary in line with experience)
- Hardworking, conscientious, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Hours: 9:00 – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday (Lunch break from 1:00-2:00 pm)
Pay: Dependent on Experience
The Role:
Answering incoming calls and dealing with client queries. Dealing with enquiries, recording/forwarding same to other staff when necessary.
Scheduling appointments for a busy Multidisciplinary Clinic.
General Office Admin supporting staff as required.
Undertake any training necessary for the role.
Handling and recording client payments, issuing receipts etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00 per year
