Café Manager – Drogheda (Meath/Louth)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our new location.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally lead, motivate, and engage with the café team
- Oversee all record keeping including cash handling, HACCP, and waste management
- Carry out monthly stock takes
- Train and onboard new staff members
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues within the café and equipment
- Manage stock ordering and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and overall café appearance
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Full clean Irish driving licence
- Strong English & communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Availability to work 5 days over 7
- Specialty coffee experience is not essential but would be a major advantage
