Here at easyHotel, we are looking to recruit a fantastic Night Shift Team Member to join our Dublin hotel. This is a Part Time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of €14.45 per hour.
As a Team Member, your goal is to help ensure every guest enjoys a great experience during their stay by delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service.

- Be flexible and available to work night shifts.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
- Be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Inspect guest rooms and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
- Help deliver outstanding guest experiences that result in positive reviews.
- Ensure smooth and accurate use of the Apaleo hotel booking system.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the night.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Applicants must have full legal permission to work in Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
