We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Meeting & Events Operations Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and play a key role in delivering exceptional meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and special events.

The Role
As Meeting & Events Operations Manager, you will delivery of all conference, banqueting, wedding, and event operations throughout the hotel. You will ensure that every function is executed to the highest standards, exceeding guest expectations while driving operational excellence and commercial success.
Working closely with the Sales, Kitchen, and wider Food & Beverage teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless event delivery from planning through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth running, organisation, and set-up of all meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and related events.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout all functions and events.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Meeting & Events team in line with company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct ongoing training to ensure consistency of service standards across the department.
- Implement and maintain high operational standards and procedures.
- Work closely with the Sales team and other Food & Beverage outlets to ensure all event specifications and guest requirements are delivered flawlessly.
- Ensure the highest standards of personal presentation, hygiene, professionalism, and conduct are maintained by all team members.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious hospitality professional who combines strong operational expertise with exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, guest-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering memorable events.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous management experience within Meeting & Events or Food & Beverage operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in event execution, presentation, and guest experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of meeting and events, including audiovisual equipment and event technology.
Pay: €42,000.00-€46,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Meeting and Events Management : 1 year (preferred)
- Food and Beverage Management : 1 year (preferred)
