We are looking for a few friendly and reliable people to join our food and beverage team here at Castle Durrow.
Castle Durrow is a family-run country house, and we want our guests to feel at home and well looked after throughout their visit. We are looking for people who enjoy working with others, are helpful by nature and take pride in offering warm and friendly service.
We currently have opportunities for bar staff, waiting staff and a breakfast supervisor. Both full-time and part-time hours are available, with predictable hours that are generally the same each week.
The work includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing tables and working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the house. Being organised and able to work as part of a team is important, particularly during busy services, weddings and events.
Experience is always welcome, but it is not essential for our bar and waiting staff positions. If you are friendly, willing to learn and enjoy looking after people, we will be happy to provide training.
For the breakfast supervisor position, previous hospitality or food service experience would be preferred. We are looking for someone who is organised and confident, and who can support the team while making sure breakfast service runs smoothly and guests receive a warm start to their day.
As part of the Castle Durrow team, you will also receive a 10% discount on a meal in Coopers once a month and a staff discount at the Pavilion.
