39 hours per week at a minimum salary of €40,000 per annum. Salary may be higher depending on experience and will increase proportionately where additional hours are required.

Job Description
DHI Smart Service Limited is a technology-driven service provider operating advanced robotic cleaning systems, autonomous equipment, drone technologies and proprietary digital management platforms across residential, commercial and property management environments throughout Ireland.
The Robotics Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, operation and ongoing support of the Company's robotics and automation technologies. The role will involve coordinating with equipment manufacturers, monitoring system performance, supporting drone operations, implementing operational technology solutions and ensuring the effective integration of robotic systems within the Company's service delivery framework.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment, configuration and operation of robotic cleaning systems and smart technology equipment across client locations.
- Act as the primary liaison between DHI Smart Service Limited and Mandarin-speaking manufacturers in China regarding equipment performance, technical support, software updates and product development matters.
- Review, interpret and implement technical manuals, operational documentation and system guidance provided by overseas manufacturers.
- Coordinate fault diagnosis, maintenance requests, warranty claims and technical troubleshooting with equipment suppliers and engineering support teams.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of robotics, automation systems and digital operational technologies throughout the Company's service operations.
- Monitor equipment performance, operational data and system reliability, preparing reports and recommendations for management.
- Assist with drone operations, including equipment preparation, deployment planning, operational compliance and coordination with manufacturers regarding technical requirements.
- Deliver technical training and operational guidance to employees regarding the safe and effective use of robotic equipment, drone technologies and associated software platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or diploma qualification in technology, engineering, operations management, business administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers regarding technical documentation, equipment maintenance, software updates, fault reporting and operational support.
- Good understanding of technology-based systems, digital management platforms and operational software.
- Knowledge of robotics, automation technologies, drone operations or smart equipment systems.
- Possession of an IAA Drone Operator Certificate (A1/A3) or equivalent drone-related certification would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple operational activities.
- Experience in robotics operations, technical support, equipment management, drone operations or technology-enabled service environments would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, operational procedures and equipment documentation and provide guidance to operational staff.
