Responsibilities
- To work alongside the head chef to direct the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure dishes are of the highest standards.
- Ensure that the kitchen is organised and that all kitchen areas are kept clean on a daily basis.
- Ensure HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are implemented and records are up to date on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
- Proficiency in working various kitchen stations and an understanding of different cooking methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of best practices for cleanliness and food safety including HACCP.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute to menu development.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €50,000.00 per year
