We are actively recruiting an Apprentice Refrigeration Engineer HVAC.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist the team to complete planned preventative maintenance tasks on air conditioning, chillers, DX Condensers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units & various other HVAC equipment.
- Assist senior refrigeration engineer to complete remedial works, fault finding and problem solving.
- Assist senior engineer to carry out new installation works, creating a take-off of materials required to complete a project, planning the layout of pipes and controls ensuring that projects are carried out in line with company standards and EHS procedures.
The ideal candidate would fit the following criteria:
- Willing to learn their trade from experienced craftsmen and bring a positive attitude to the team.
- If new to the Apprenticeship system, the successful applicant will ideally have gained five passes in Ordinary level subjects in the Leaving Certificate, or if already an apprentice, copies of previous completed Phase results will be required.
- Good time management and communication skills.
