Office Administrator
Are you an organized, proactive individual who loves keeping things running smoothly? DECI Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our busy office at the top of Naas. This in-person, full-time role involves managing daily operations, assisting all aspects of the business, and providing essential admin support to the Director and the wider team.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks, assist our Director, support various departments, and ensure everything runs seamlessly from Monday to Friday. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys making a real impact in their team.
Please Note: This position requires your presence in our Naas office five days a week. If you cannot reliably commute to Merits, Naas on a daily basis, please do not apply. This is an on-site role where your presence and support are essential to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Office Operations: Be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Director Support: Assist the Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, and daily administrative tasks to keep operations on track.
- General Office Management: Manage phones, emails, office supplies, filing, and day-to-day logistics to keep our workspace organized.
- Document Preparation & Management: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Coordinate team meetings, client visits, and office events, handling logistics to make every occasion run smoothly.
- Team & Business Support: Lend support across all aspects of the business, helping with various projects and tasks to keep every department running efficiently.
Details of the Role

- Competitive Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 gross per annum.
- Work-Life Balance: 21 days of annual leave and a Friday early finish (4:30 pm).

Schedule
8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on Fridays.
