Internal Sales Manager
Location: Carlow Sales Office

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Eurodeck Limited is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to build, recruit and lead our growing internal sales operation from our Carlow sales office.
This is a senior role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to build a sales team from the ground up as Eurodeck continues to expand across Ireland and Europe.
The Role
- Recruit, build and lead a high-performing internal sales team
- Build and manage a market research and lead-generation function
- Develop sales processes, targets and KPIs
- Manage the sales pipeline and drive conversion of new B2B customers
- Coach, train and develop the sales team
- Implement strong CRM, reporting and customer follow-up processes
- Work closely with field sales and marketing
- Identify new markets and sales opportunities
- Take ownership of the performance and continued growth of the internal sales operation
The Person
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales manager with a proven track record of building, managing and developing successful sales teams.
You should be commercially driven, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership of both recruitment and sales performance.
Experience within manufacturing, construction products, building materials or distribution would be an advantage but is not essential.

€70,000–€90,000 DOE + performance-related bonus.
