Availability : Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner

Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe, breakfast, dinner and service areas

Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system
-
Supporting the F&B team with general duties during busy periods
-
Monitoring adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
-
Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and reporting any issues or contravenes

Over-seeing the service

Ensuring top class customer service
-
Coaching and training the team, on the job training, job buddies
-
Cocktail training with the team
-
Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
-
Minmising customer complaints
-
Managing the service of alcohol safely
-
Supporting the well-being of the team
-
Working on PMS ie. Micros, Opera, Alkimii
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
-
Extensive food knowledge
-
Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs
-
Experienced in cocktail making
-
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-
A passion for hospitality
-
Qualification in the area of F&B would be desired

Intermediate computer/IT skills
-
Experience with managing people and leading a team

Event organising, planning and running

Must be eligible to work in Ireland
