A Chef de Partie (Section Chef) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Key duties include preparing and cooking dishes within their section, supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring consistency in quality and portion control. Expected to work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver efficient kitchen operations, contribute to menu development, and help manage stock and ordering within their area.
