We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Front of House Sales Team Member to join our commercial gym team. The role involves welcoming members and guests, handling enquiries, conducting gym tours, managing bookings, and proactively driving membership sales. Responsibilities include making follow-up calls, promoting gym services and memberships, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and helping create a positive first impression for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is an advantage.
