Position: AIM Support Worker- Academic Year- 9am to 12pm/ 9am to 3pm/ 12pm to 3pm (3 shifts available to choose from)
Location: Sallins, Co. Kildare
Magic Years Ltd Crèche & Preschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated AIM Support Worker to join our team for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The successful candidate will work closely with a child requiring additional support, helping them to participate fully in preschool life while promoting their confidence, independence and development in a nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
Experience working with children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
A kind, patient and positive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
