Title of Post: Salesforce Senior IT Specialist
JOB SYNOPSIS
The University of Limerick has embarked on the implementation of Salesforce CRM to build stronger relationships with students by managing interactions and data throughout their journey, from first enquiry to graduation and beyond. The Salesforce Senior IT Specialist will provide technical leadership and ownership for the implementation, adoption and support of the CRM in the University’s transition from incumbent systems to Salesforce CRM system. Working with the project team, this role will ensure that CRM capabilities are fully available and utilised at the University, enabling a seamless applicant journey, improved data flow, and enhanced decision-making. After the project is complete, this role will be responsible for the technical management of the system, ensuring it is kept up to date, key changes and improvements are communicated and the business teams are supported in driving the adoption of the system and delivery of key process goals.
