The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the Miramira brand, helping customers discover jewellery they love while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience.
- Assisting customers in selecting jewellery that suits their style and needs.
- Developing a strong knowledge of our products and collections.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness.
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
