WE HIRING FOR A SENIOR CHEF FOR OUR PRDUCTION KITCHEN IN CLEVERAGH SLIGO!
O'Hehirs is a well-established, family run business in food and bakery based in Sligo with a chain of shops spanning Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Longford, and Westmeath and are expanding services and products offered all the time.
We are looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience working in a busy commercial kitchen. Working hours will include Sundays, shift start time will be 6am, but there are no evening shifts nor are you required to work Saturday.
Responsibilities will include:

Prepare and cook food in line with production deadlines

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team

Handle multiple tasks and prioritise paperwork

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Monitor and manage food inventory and kitchen supplies.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years experience in a production facility

Valid Work Permit to work in Ireland

Excellent standard of English both verbal and written
