We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Night Auditor/Receptionist with a passion for their job, and a good working knowledge of Opera. Candidates must have a proven track record working as part of a busy Night Reception team in a large Hotel and must be available to work all days of the week. We are looking for Full-Time candidates.
What we require from our applicants:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy night Hotel Reception role, preferably in a 4 star Hotel

Responsible of duties on evening and night shifts

Good knowledge of Opera Cloud System

Supporting late shifts with daily duties and night audits
-
The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service

Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Opera Cloud

The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure

Outgoing and friendly personality

Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards

Be committed to the team and the Hotel industry

Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
