Barista – Athlone
We're opening in Athlone!
Independent speciality coffee shop built around great coffee, healthy food and creating a genuine community. We're excited to be opening our second location in Athlone and are looking for 3–4 enthusiastic baristas to join the team from the very beginning.
Whether you already have café experience or you're eager to learn, we're looking for people with a positive attitude, great work ethic and a genuine love of looking after customers.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality coffee and drinks
- Serving customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Food prep
- Keeping the café clean, organised and well stocked
- Working as part of a supportive team to create a great atmosphere
Training & Development
Full training will be provided
As the team develops, we will be looking to promote from within store supervisors and managers.
Hours
Initial opening hours will be:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
(Opening hours may change as the business grows.)
Must be available mid week
Pay
- Starting rate: €14.20 per hour
- Pay review once training is complete and you're settled into the role, with opportunities to progress as the business grows.

Barista experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We'll provide full training for the right people.
