Job Opportunity: Skilled Construction Labourer
Essential Facilities Ireland is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and highly experienced Skilled Labourer to join our crew. We specialize in high-quality renovations, and we need someone who understands the flow of a busy site and can provide high-level support across multiple trades.
The Role
This is a role for a "Construction All-Rounder." You won't just be moving materials; you’ll be an active part of the build process, assisting our carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, and taking ownership of site prep and maintenance tasks.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working on active construction or renovation sites.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of all aspects of construction (groundworks, structural prep, strip-outs, and finishing).
- Trade Skills: Basic proficiency in using power tools and experience assisting various trades (carpentry, tiling, or masonry).
- Maintenance: Experience in general property maintenance and "handyman" tasks is a major plus.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, physically fit, and proactive. You see what needs to be done before you're asked.
- Essentials: Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate are mandatory. A full clean driving license is preferred.
