We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager. This role is based on site with one of our clients they are located in Kildare.
The successful candidate will oversee all maintenance activities within a regulated manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maximising equipment reliability, reducing downtime, managing resources and budgets, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

- Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Manage preventative maintenance programs to maximise equipment availability.

Drive reliability and performance improvements across plant equipment.

Oversee maintenance budgets, contractors, spare parts, and engineering resources.

Provide technical support during equipment failures and breakdowns.

Deliver engineering and capital projects to meet business needs.

Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement improvement actions.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Work closely with production teams to support operational targets.

- 10 years plus relevant experience with 5+ years' experience in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role within manufacturing.
- Technical qualification or trade background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering disciplines.
- Have experience within a regulated manufacturing industry such as Food & Beverage, Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams and engineering functions.

Strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset reliability, and project delivery.
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and site resources.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
