Contract: Permanent, Full-Time and Part Time opportunities
Hours: 20 hours per week up to 48 hours per week

About the Role
Fortiva, the social care division of the Lincoln Group, is recruiting Social Care Workers nationwide as part of an expanding social care service.
This role is advertised via FutureCare, a sister company within the Lincoln Group.
We are actively building teams across multiple regions in Ireland. Where teams are established, services and residential homes are developed locally to meet emerging needs — offering opportunities to work closer to home as services grow.
Job Purpose
As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals with diverse needs to live independently and reach their full potential through high-quality, person-centred care.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with individualised care plans and therapeutic goals, promoting dignity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day personal and social care in line with individual care plans
- Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion
- Support emotional and behavioural wellbeing through positive engagement and active listening
- Facilitate participation in education, training, employment, and community activities
- Support daily living skills including cooking, budgeting, and self-care
- Accompany Service Users to appointments, programmes, and social activities
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and social services
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care (or related discipline) required
- Experience working in residential, disability, or community services desirable
- CORU registration (or application in progress) required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations
- A compassionate, team-focused approach to care
