We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our People Solutions team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
The HR Administrator will sit within our People Solutions operations team, within People & Culture. They will provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of People Solutions activities, playing a key role in the effective and efficient delivery of operational processes and services throughout the employee lifecycle.
This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarily administrative, the role involves following established processes to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of People Solutions services and activities.
People Solutions – Associate (HR Operations)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide first-level support for HR-related queries received through shared mailboxes, service management tools, phone and in-person channels, following established procedures.
Utilise available technologies to ensure optimal solutions are used when completing tasks, including supporting the maintenance of digital forms, tools and documentation required for People Solutions activities.
