General Summary:
We are seeking a n enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Campus Recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruiter or HR professional looking to build expertise in university recruiting, talent acquisition, programme management, and employer branding within a global technology company.
Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and business stakeholders, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and interns while contributing to the growth of Qualcomm's future talent pipeline.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder management, university relations, and programme delivery within a global organisation .
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate hiring programmes , including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle .
Plan and execute university engagement activities, careers fairs, networking events, employer branding initiatives, and campus recruitment campaigns.
Assist in the delivery of Qualcomm's internship programme , including intern onboarding, communications, engagement activities, professional development events, and networking opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, Event Management, or a related field .
1+ year of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), sourcing, interviewing, compensation, and benefits.
Previous experience supporting recruitment, HR, events, customer service, or programme administration.
