Reporting to the Dispatch Manager you will be pivotal in ensuring that customers, located all across the world, receive their orders on-time, in perfect condition and within our challenging SLA’s.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick & Pack orders for our customers all over the world
· Achieve personal pick and pack rate targets each day
· Ensure orders are picked accurately and, where items are picked from the shop floor, the shop floor is remerchandised as per company merchandising standards
· Ensure orders are packed as per our best-in-class pack methods to ensure all items, even breakables, arrive to our customers and in perfect condition
· Generate shipping labels/shipping documentation for orders
· Utilise our extended store network, where required, to source missing stock for customer orders
· Prepare orders for our courier collection times each day
· Replenish supplies into the e-Commerce Dispatch space, where required
· Maintain a clean and organised work environment
· Receive-in deliveries of stock and/or supplies and process these as per company goods-in procedures
· Handle customer returns as per returns procedures
· Work well with your teammates within the e-Commerce Team across the overall Carrolls Irish Gifts Retail structure
· Maintain Hygiene and Health and Safety standards in all departments
· Display a neat appearance at all times
· Provide training and assistance to newly joined staff
· Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures at all times
· Be familiar and comply with all Health & Safety Regulations particularly those pertaining to your role and to report any breaches to store management
· Actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same
Carry out any other duties as requested by management/supervisors from time to time.
Pay: €14.30-€14.40 per hour
