Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting Shamrock Security’s range of security services to commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operational and management teams to ensure service excellence.
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in market analysis and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience within the security industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Full Irish driving licence preferred.
