Key Responsibilities
- Residential Conveyancing — sales, purchases, remortgages, voluntary transfers.
- Commercial Conveyancing — banking and commercial conveyancing.
- Probate Administration — extracting Grants, estate distribution, client communication
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on all relevant legal documentation
- Managing files from instruction to completion with a strong focus on client care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in conveyancing and probate.
- Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering clear, practical advice.
