We currently have vacancies in our Wobbler Room (1–2 years) in both Rathfarnham and Milltown, as well as a Toddler Room Support role in Milltown.
The Role
- Child Development: Deliver high-quality, interest-based learning experiences that foster independence, confidence, and creativity.
- Room Management: Lead daily routines, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and highly engaging environment tailored to your specific age room.
- Partnership: Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and your fellow educators.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate developmental records, observations, and daily logs in line with Tusla regulations.
Requirements
- Education: A minimum Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (or a DCEDIY-approved equivalent). Applications with lower qualification levels cannot be accepted for this specific post.
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication and regulatory compliance.
- Vetting: Willingness to undergo Irish Garda Vetting. If you have lived abroad for 6 consecutive months or more, a certified translated Police Clearance Certificate from that country is mandatory.
- Core Traits: A genuine love for early years education, paired with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
