About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners with experience to join our team in maintaining Airbnb-like short and medium term rental properties across Dublin. This role requires individuals who take pride in delivering spotless, welcoming spaces for guests while working efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare Airbnb-like properties to a high standard between guest stays
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish essentials
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or missing items promptly
- Follow checklists to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction
- Work to tight turnaround times between check-in and check-out (11am-4pm)
Requirements:
- Previous professional cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or short-term rentals preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are essential
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
