About the Role
NEAT Gates is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Factory Operative to join our team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience or further their experience in a manufacturing environment. No previous experience is required – we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day activities on the production floor.
- Packing and protecting materials to ensure products are prepared to the highest standards.
- Supporting general housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Working Hours & Remuneration
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- €15.00 per hour
- Paid monthly - last Thursday of every month.
- Initial 3-month contract with view to permanency
