Owned by Workers. Run for Care. Ireland’s first workers coop. We’re 100% owned by our workers. Why? Because Ownership Matters. Our mission is Great Care with Great Jobs. Make the Move and Join the Movement!
'I’ve never looked back since joining the Co-op, it’s the best thing I ever did. I now have a voice. We work with clients and their family to co create care plans. Nothing is hidden, we have a say in everything. We support, encourage and learn from each other. We are valued for what we do and treated with respect and dignity. None of this was possible with my previous employers.” Honora, Carer, Dalkey hub
