Food Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Food Services Manager to join the leadership team at the Tower Hotel, Waterford, part of the Neville Hotel Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong F&B professional to step into a senior management role, with responsibility for supporting food service operations while gaining exposure to overall hotel management through Duty Management.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will support food service areas within the hotel while also taking on Duty Management responsibilities, giving you broad exposure to the overall running of the property.
This role is ideal for someone looking to move from departmental management into a more senior, well-rounded hotel leadership position.
Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of all food & beverage outlets within the hotel
- Drive exceptional service standards and guest experiences across all F&B areas
- Support HODs to train, coach, and develop team members across departments
- Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, events, and functions
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Act as the senior manager on duty, overseeing the hotel during shifts
- Handle guest escalations and operational challenges confidently
Build strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure smooth hotel operations

About You

2 years proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or hospitality setting
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercially aware with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
