Location: Cork (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week)

Rate: €157.54per day (Paye)
Duration: Till December 2026 (likely to extend)
Working Hours: 35 hours/week (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

About the Role
This role sits within the HR Transaction Services team, supporting recruitment and wider HR operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, strong stakeholder coordination, and high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

HR Administration: Payroll, pensions, L&D coordination, performance management, and benefits support

Recruitment Coordination: Process requisitions, liaise with candidates/suppliers, arrange interviews, reference checks, and job postings

Employee Life cycle: Managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

Reporting & Systems: Generate reports, maintain accurate records, support HR systems (e.g., MyWork)

Employee Support: Handle queries via ServiceNow, email, and phone

Compliance & Data Management: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies

Finance Support: Process payments using Oracle e-business Suite

Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and support ad-hoc projects

Relevant qualification (desirable)

1+ year of HR or related experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office
