We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.

Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Management.

Uphold the hotel's commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or a culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.

Passion for food, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
